Airline Interview Selection Programme
We take you from interview invite to interview-ready.
The Selection Programme gives you a structured process to prepare for your target airline. Its designed to help you build strong examples from your own career, practise realistic interview questions and understand exactly how to present effective and strong interview answers on the day
Your programme includes:
Airline Intelligence Guide — Airline research provided for you. Everything you need to know. From their values, to recent news to reported interview questions and themes plus much more.
Example / Story Builder — Our signature program that turns your every-day flying experiences into structured, competency-based interview answers. Answer a few simple prompts about your career experiences. The Story Builder identifies which airline interview questions each experience could help you answer and shows you how to turn those experiences into strong, competency-based answers.
Two Practice Interviews — Put your answers to the test. The first interview provides the foundation for your coaching. The second one is designed to put your coaching into practice to polish your answers. Each practice interview consists of 7-10 behavioural based interview questions.
Two Personalised Coaching Reports — Understand your strengths, identify areas for improvement and receive practical guidance on how to strengthen your answers.
Two Video Walkthroughs — Personalised video walk through of both of your performances done by Sean. So you can see and hear the feedback explained, so you know what to work on before interview day.
By the end of the programme, you’ll have built a library of examples from your own career and know which interview questions each example is best suited to answer.
You’ll have an in-depth understanding of your target airline, its operation and what to prepare for.
Most importantly, you’ll have developed strong, evidence-based answers that demonstrate your experience, competencies and professional judgement — so you can approach your interview with greater confidence.
