WHY PREPARE WITH ME?
Meet Sean - Founder & Boeing 787 Pilot
I’ve sat on both sides of the interview table.
AS A CANDIDATE:
8 Airline Interviews. 8 Job Offers.
Across my aviation career I’ve attended eight airline recruitment processes and received a job offer every time.
AS AN INTERVIEWER
Behavioural Interview Experience.
Prior to my aviation career, I worked in a professional corporate environment where I conducted behavioural interviews and assessed candidates for professional roles.
AS A PILOT
Current Airline Pilot
I’m currently a Boeing 787 pilot, giving me an up-to-date perspective on professional airline recruitment and the standards expected in the industry
That combination is the foundation of My Flight Deck Prep.
Getting the interview is an achievement
Now you have to perform.
You’ve worked hard to build the experience that got you through the application process.
But when the interview begins, you’re no longer being assessed on your flying alone.
You’re being assessed on
how you communicate
how you think
how you handle difficult questions
how effectively you demonstrate the competencies the airline is looking for
And that’s where preparation matters.
You bring the experience.
I’ll help you communicate it.
Don’t just prepare answers
Prepare to perform.
There are plenty of places to find lists of airline interview questions.
That’s not enough.
You need to understand:
✓ What the interviewer is actually assessing
✓ Which experiences from your career demonstrate those competencies
✓ How to structure your answers clearly
✓ How to handle difficult questions about failure, conflict, weaknesses and mistakes
✓ How to adapt when the question isn’t the one you prepared for
That’s what My Flight Deck Prep is designed to help you do

Why I built My Flight Deck Prep
I’ve been on both sides of the interview table.
I’ve experienced the excitement of receiving an airline interview invitation — and the pressure that comes with knowing what that opportunity could mean.
I’ve sat eight airline interviews and received eight job offers.
Before aviation, I also built a professional corporate career where I conducted behavioural interviews and assessed candidates for professional roles.
I realised those experiences gave me a perspective that could genuinely help pilots prepare for one of the most important interviews of their careers.
Thats why I built My Flight Deck Prep
