What is the Story Builder Program?
It helps you identify the experiences you've already had in your career that demonstrate the competencies airlines are looking for.
You'll work through structured prompts to build a library of genuine examples from your own experience — rather than trying to memorise generic answers.
Why are there two Practice Interviews?
Because knowing what you should say and being able to actually deliver it under interview conditions are two different things.
The first interview gives you a baseline.
Your Coaching Report shows you what to improve.
The second gives you the opportunity to apply that feedback and demonstrate improvement with potentially slightly differently worded questions.
How does the Practice Interview work?
You complete the interview asynchronously by recording your answers to the questions provided.
This means you can complete it in your own time while still experiencing the pressure of answering an interview question, on camera, without someone coaching you through the answer.
What do the Coaching Reports tell me?
They go beyond telling you whether an answer was "good" or "bad."
You'll see what competencies your answer demonstrated, where your evidence was weak or missing, what could be improved and how to strengthen the response using your own experience.
You'll also receive a personal video walkthrough explaining the feedback.

A list of questions can tell you what you might be asked.
It doesn't tell you:
- What the question is actually assessing

If you're unsuccessful in your interview, I'll work with you on your next airline interview at no additional charge and take you through the preparation process again for that specific airline.
Whether that's a repeat interview with the same airline or an interview with a completely different airline, we'll go through the process again and prepare specifically for that airline.
* As our process is specifically designed around airline interviews, this guarantee applies to airline interviews only. The guarantee is in place only for your first failed interview. If you fail a subsequent interview process the guarantee is not reinforceable a second time over. It does not apply to interviews with smaller or private operators.
What if I don't receive my preparation materials on time?
