I’ve been on both sides of the interview table.
I’ve experienced the excitement of receiving an airline interview invitation — and the pressure that comes with knowing what that opportunity could mean.
I’ve sat eight airline interviews and received eight job offers.
Before aviation, I also built a professional corporate career where I conducted behavioural interviews and assessed candidates for professional roles.
